Mapping Your Route to Better function

 Once your evaluation is booked, you will receive a registration link. 

Registration must be completed within 24 hours of scheduling in order to secure your appointment. During registration, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card as your form of payment that will be kept securely on file. 

 The $50 non-refundable deposit is charged at time of booking. This will be applied toward the balance of your $250 comprehensive evaluation fee. 

The remainder balance of $200 is charged on the day of your appointment.

 Please note that the Telehealth option must be booked at least 1 week in advance to allow for shipment of the Myo Tool Kit, which is required for pre-appointment photography and the evaluation itself. 

Once your Orofacial Myofunctional Comprehensive Evaluation is secured, you will receive several forms to complete via our electronic health records portal.

This step in the process includes Informed Consent Forms, Patient Registration, Intake Forms and Specific Questionnaires related to your case.

• This intake process provides critical information that is assessed as part of your overall evaluation.

• To ensure our team has the necessary time to review your history and concerns, these forms must be completed 48 hours prior to your scheduled Comprehensive Evaluation.

Your evaluation is a thorough assessment of your orofacial function, posture, and breathing habits, serving as the foundation for your therapy goals.

We review your history alongside functional testing of your head, neck, and facial structures. By analyzing how your unique anatomy impacts breathing, chewing, swallowing, and speech, we connect the dots to uncover the root causes of your orofacial dysfunction. We can then target the right muscles and build a therapy pathway tailored to your specific lifestyle, needs, and goals.

Instead of making you wait for a separate follow-up appointment, we walk you through our findings and therapy recommendations at the conclusion of this session. This immediate presentation connects everything in real time, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, review your options, and begin your journey without delay.
