Our mission is to guide you on a journey of improved orofacial function to support overall health. We do this together through awareness and habit formation targeting breathing, swallowing and chewing patterns. We are committed to evidence-based approaches and personalized care. We do this by building relationships and sharing our knowledge with the goal of helping you feel. look and function better.
You will reap the benefits of myofunctional therapy when it becomes a regular part of your life. Our goal is for us to work together to take better care of your short- and long-term health.
Communication is key. We need to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to gain in order to best help you. In turn, we will thoroughly explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it.
Myofunctional therapy exercises and mindful practice are the tools to help heal. Whether it's muscle imbalance, physiological tensions or OMDs, the benefits of OMT can be life changing. We will meet you where you are and take you to a better sense of well-being.

While focusing on preventive care and the oral-systemic link, she noticed OMDs including airway root causes weren't being addressed in a traditional dental setting, she delved further and discovered myofunctional therapy. She then completed Sarah K. Hornsby's MyoMentor course. She is a lifelong learner and enjoys keeping her professional education up to date with the most current modules of treatment for patients.
You may catch a glimpse of a kitty or two during your (tele)therapy sessions -- they want to cheer you on, too!
They want you to achieve the 4 goals of Myofunctional Therapy (day & night):
OMT requires working closely with other specialists such as airway dentists, otolaryngologists (ENTs), orthodontists, chiropractors, and more. We will collaborate with our network of specialists when needed to help you to reach your best outcome in function.
